Service Offerings
Balanced Strategy is a strategic coaching and consulting business that builds organizational capacity through leadership coaching, interim executive leadership, or a combination of both. For organizations, clients include nonprofits, educational institutions, and social justice collaborators. For individuals, clients include nonprofit leaders, working parents in transition, and education leaders.
Interim Executive Leadership and Coaching
A unique blend of embedded interim leadership support and executive coaching. Engagements are typically 6-9 months, and include comprehensive discovery, implementation, and intentional capacity building so that what we work on together sticks for the long term.
1:1 Leadership Coaching
Co-Active centered leadership coaching, typically in 6 month engagements. We will customize our approach together to define clear goals, dig deep into who you are being as a leader, and how you can refine the way you are showing up.
Interim Executive Leadership
An experienced interim people-centered leader who will both spend time getting to know your team and your needs, and quickly move the work forward to accomplish your biggest priorities either while you are in leadership transition or have a leadership vacancy during an extended family leave.
