About Zoë

Zoë believes that people are the center of change and success in every institution. She coaches individual clients to support them in finding happiness, success, and growth in their roles. Zoë dedicated the first decade of her career to education organizations, serving in various roles including teacher, executive assistant, deputy chief  of staff, and  team leader. Over the past five years, Zoë has collaborated with leadership teams, supporting them through navigating challenges and facilitating change through systems, processes, and coaching. Outside of coaching and consulting, Zoë is a trained yoga teacher, she pairs her professional experience with her passion for yoga to cultivate a sense of presence and awareness for her clients.

Zoë works with individual clients to hold space for their development, offer a new approach or way of thinking, and cheer them on in their work and what’s next. She is thrilled to join people on their leadership journey, and support them in creating space for what matters most in their lives.

Zoë has a Masters in Education Leadership from the Broad Center for the Management of School Systems, and a Bachelors in Sociology from Cornell University. She is a trained Co-Active coach, and is currently pursuing coaching certification. Zoë lives in Philadelphia, PA with her husband and two sons.
